the client sought a total reinvention of a house built in the late 70s. extensive design time was spent creating renderings of every room and space for the client to view and approve, and the whole project was an intense collaboration between the architect, interior designer, and builder. some standout features included the open concept living space, the large atrium with a new conservatory roof & living wall, a new pool deck & hottub, as well as the new solarium and gym. the project took 3 years to design and build and in total is about 13,000 square feet of modified space.
